  • Sheraden Community Council - meets monthly on the 4th Tuesday, 7pm, at the Sheraden Healthy Active Living Center

  • Zone 6 Public Safety Council - meets every other monthly on the 4th Thursday, 6:30 pm, at the Sheraden Healthy Active Living Center (Next meeting is March 27, 2025)

COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS - Local/West End:​

  • H.O.P.E. for Tomorrow - The mission of H.O.P.E. is to develop youth in the West End, in partnership with their families,  to compete in the global community by addressing academic, socio-economic and relational risk factors

  • Kiwanis Club of Sheraden - Kiwanis empowers communities to improve the world by making lasting differences in the lives of children. Kiwanis strives to be a positive influence in communities worldwide — so that one day, all children will wake up in communities that believe in them, nurture them and provide the support they need to thrive.

  • Out of The End Inc. - Thriving skills for youth 5-17, based around growing your own food and other resilience methods for at-risk and low income families.  

  • Save A Life Today Pittsburgh

  • Sheraden Community Council - Meetings are held monthly on the fourth Tuesday, 7pm, at the Sheraden Healthy Active Living Center

  • Sheraden NeighborsOrganization dedicated to helping neighbors by hosting litter collection and community cleanups to keep streets and parks free of trash and debris.

  • West End P.O.W.E.R.A community organization committed to strengthening communities through activism, advocacy, education, equity, and promoting unity. 

  • Zellous Hope Project - ​Zellous Hope provides a bridge over the holes on the road to better living by working with existing organizations to assist the people they serve with what they need, such as bus passes until you get paid, ID funds, computer access, meeting and event space, resource navigation, and community engagement.

  • Caring Connections for YOUth - Caring Connections for YOUth is a community-led initiative that provides access to supports and services to ANY YOUTH, up to age 18, living in Allegheny County as a diversion to the Juvenile Justice and Child Welfare Systems.

  • Gwen's Girls - [North Side] Offering a safe space where girls and young women can form relationships, build self-esteem and gain resiliency.

  • My Brother's Keeper - [City] Community-driven program fostering empowerment and support for Black men and boys in need; citywide initiative

      • There is a ticket selling machine inside the bus shelter on the inbound (south) side of the station ​
